The right custom perfume packaging depends on the bottle shape, filled weight, cap, pump, decorative surfaces and sales channel. Lightweight sample vials may use compact folding cartons or divided discovery kits, while glass perfume bottles may require paperboard platforms, molded supports or fitted inserts to control movement. The structure should keep the bottle facing the intended direction without placing unnecessary pressure on the cap, sprayer or label.
