5. Pricing and Payment

  • Payment must be made in full before orders are processed.

  • Taxes, duties, and shipping costs (where applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Due to the customized nature of our products, returns and refunds are only available in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.

  • Requests for refunds or replacements must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Cancellations may only be made before production has started. Once production begins, cancellations are not permitted.
